Exchange

Post Exchange and Pre Settlement

Image result for yellow tick Check the settlement figures calculated by the purchaser’s solicitor and provide directions for payment of the sale proceeds to you.

Image result for yellow tick Facilitate settlement – the Transfer document signed by you and the Title Deeds are provided to the buyer’s solicitor and they will provide the purchase money.

Following Settlement
